Just a Few More Finishing Touches...

Sorry that I've been away from this blog for the last week. I've been celebrating my birthday, father's day, and trying to finish this website, and trudge through the edits to Black Earth: Dark Masquerade. The good news is I plan on setting the new website live by the end of this week - meaning by this Friday, or if I can't get the glitches worked out in time, this Saturday. And my goal with Black Earth: Dark Masquerade is to have the advanced review copy of the book finished and in the hands of those who are reading it before publication by the beginning of July. This means the next couple weeks are going to involve some very late nights. Good thing I have plenty of tea and coffee stocked in the cupboards!

Anyhoo, I'll try to post here and there in the next couple weeks, but if you don't see me around here much, you'll know why. And I promise I'll make up for the lack of posts on the other end of this. See you all on the other side! :)

__Ah, Hello Mr. Alderman I see we're online during the same hour today and felt the urge to leave a comment. It's your not-so-hidden follower giving you belated birthday and father's day wishes. Must be nice to have them so close together.

__Concerning this post let me just encourage you with that famous first Chronicles passage, reworded: Do not be afraid or discouraged but be strong and courageous, and do the work.

__I look forward to the day I'll have enough saved for an e-reading device for then I want your books to be the first I read. By the way, I was wanting to get a Nook instead of the Kindle. There's no difference is there, Nooks can download your publications like Kindles right? Anyway, be encouraged as you're stuffed at your desk in final edits. See you at the other end. Maybe I'll have my blog up and running by then.

Thanks for the birthday and father's day wishes, JH. It's always great to hear from you on my blog. :) And to answer your question, my books are available for both Nook and Kindle, although the Nook and Kindle both take different files. Nooks take epub files and Kindle takes mobi. And yes, I'll definitely see you on the other side. Let me know when you have your blog up and running and I'll gladly follow.
